Earnings season is running at full steam, with big names releasing their results today, including Philip Morris, ConocoPhillips and S&P Global. Futures on Wall Street are muted after a strong session yesterday, that saw the S&P 500 index rise 0.8% to within five points of breaking the 5000 mark for the first time.
